Greet patrons and provide event info.
Collect and verify tickets/passes.
Assist with seating and customer issues.
Respond to emergencies, guide to exits, manage disputes.
Distribute programs, give directions, search for lost items or people.
Check bags for unsafe or prohibited items.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Entertainment experience preferred.
Physical & Mental Demands:
Strong customer service, public interaction skills.
Good communication, well-groomed, independent worker.
Able to bend, stand, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs.
English proficiency required.
Tolerance for smoke and crowds.
