• Greet patrons and provide event info.

• Collect and verify tickets/passes.

• Assist with seating and customer issues.

• Respond to emergencies, guide to exits, manage disputes.

• Distribute programs, give directions, search for lost items or people.

• Check bags for unsafe or prohibited items.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Entertainment experience preferred.

Physical & Mental Demands:

• Strong customer service, public interaction skills.

• Good communication, well-groomed, independent worker.

• Able to bend, stand, kneel, and lift up to 20 lbs.

• English proficiency required.

• Tolerance for smoke and crowds.
