Job Description:

Ensures Guest Service Standards are met consistently. Responsible for proper ordering for the restaurant, inclusive of all food, beverages, supplies.
  • Minimum five years experience as a fine dining style restaurant manager
  • Bartending and serving experience
  • A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes the initiative and ownership
  • A collaborative nature coupled with an enthusiastic positive outlook
  • Self-starter with a creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
  • A valid Certified Sommelier certification is preferred but not required. 
  • Enrolling in a Certified Sommelier class will be requested within 4 months
