A company that provides inventory solutions and career services for retail, groceries, and other customers across North America. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be part of a growing team responsible for scanning barcodes and counting inventory in large retail stores such as Walmart. The data collected helps retailers maintain accurate inventory levels and make better business decisions. No previous inventory experience is required. Comprehensive on-site training will be provided, allowing you to gain valuable skills and experience. This is a travel-based position, and team members may frequently travel and stay overnight for assignments.

What You Will Do
• Scan barcodes and count store inventory using handheld devices
• Work in large retail environments such as Walmart
• Follow inventory counting procedures and team instructions
• Travel to different job locations as scheduled
• Work with a team to complete inventory projects efficiently

Requirements
• No previous inventory experience required
• On-site job training provided
• Retail or inventory experience is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to travel weekly and stay overnight when required (accommodations provided)
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and extended shifts

Working Conditions
This position requires:
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Frequent walking
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
• Squatting, kneeling, or crouching when counting inventory
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs

• Frequent travel by car and occasional overnight stays

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts may occur depending on project needs
