• Assists in the safety, maintenance, repair, and technical work of any stage sets, meeting spaces, and conventions.

• Sets up and breaks down stage/meeting space.

• Ensures proper lighting for stage/conventions and reinforcement of all stage presentations/special projects.

• Operates motorized vehicles and tools (e.g., hi-reach lifts).

• Professional, courteous, and promotes Caesars.

• Works with digital/analog audio, IPTV-based video, DSP music systems.

• Proficient in lighting programming, audio/lighting control, video editing, and live recordings.

• Operates machines including lifts, forklifts, and pallet jacks; works at heights over 75’.

• Maintains sound and lighting systems; assists entertainers and stage setups.

• Sets up banners and staging.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in entertainment tech fields (audio, lighting, stage, etc.).

• Willingness to learn new tech, strong project management, team player.

• Must be flexible and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
